At Ashdown Engineering, we stand behind the quality of our bass amplifiers and audio gear, offering a 28-day return window for products in their original condition and packaging. If your equipment does not meet your performance expectations, we are committed to providing a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original Ashdown factory packaging, including all manuals, power cables, and accessories to ensure safe transit back to our service center.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship via a tracked courier service to ensure your high-value electronics are protected during delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement gear within 5 to 7 business days.
